Response to Corey DeVos

I am fascinated by the question that Corey posed to the Integral Community

The perennial integral question: given that the survival of our species seems to depend on getting a critical mass of humans to second tier thinking, how do we do that?

Short answer: be in the conversation and be an attractor for others looking to second tier.  Be the best you you can be.

Longer answer: engage with those problems that require integral perspectives to be solvable.  Find the lever points where small changes make big differences.  Look for and engage in “good trouble.”

Larger answer:  Be someone at second tier who is positioned socially in a place where you can have the greatest possible influence.  Move to places in the hierarchy where most second tier thinkers won’t go.
